My name is Katy Pears, I am the finance Director. I assist and oversee our trainee Accountants.I have been involved with the company from the beginning and joined 6 years ago on a part time basis. Prior to this is spent many years working in account management in the banking industry. As well as working I also have two little boys, who I love to spend time with and create special memories with. As a working mum I don't get any 'spare' time, but I do enjoy having the occasional pamper! Taking a step out of my comfort zone inspires me, taking that leap of faith and doing something new, it gives me a great sense of accomplishment and that motivates me to push myself further.
