My job role is business support executive. I ensure our clients requirements are met and that they are always satisfied with their order. I have worked for Teqex for just under a year now, prior to this I worked in several customer service-based roles alongside studying music in college. In this time, my knowledge of IT products and being in a business support role has grown so much thanks to the help of my colleagues. I feel so much more confident being in an office environment and being in contact with various clients daily. I am currently working on achieving my business administration level 3 qualification to further my knowledge within this industry and gain more confidence in the business support role. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, going out with friends, singing often and spending time with my family.
